Chronic Pain Personal Action Toward Health (Chronic Pain PATH) is a 6-week community education program designed to help individuals build practical skills for managing chronic pain in everyday life.

Learn how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and how to reverse it using Narcan, a life-saving nasal spray. The session includes a hands-on demonstration and a free Narcan kit for all participants.

All ages. Calling all young gardeners! Grab your gardening gloves and join us on the youth patio for an afternoon of digging and planting.
