Take some time for your health and well-being. Join us on Sunday afternoons for self-led mindfulness activities. No registration required, drop in anytime. Light refreshments provided.

This month we are providing supplies for you to explore making DIY Gratitude Journals. A gratitude journal is a notebook where you can keep track of the things that you are grateful for each day or a few times per week. 

Expressing gratitude is associated with a host of mental and physical benefits. Studies have shown that feeling thankful can improve sleep, mood and immunity. Gratitude can decrease depression, anxiety, difficulties with chronic pain and risk of disease.
