Chronic Pain Personal Action Toward Health (Chronic Pain PATH) is a 6-week community 
education program to help individuals learn the tools and techniques needed for day-to-day chronic pain management.

Pain is defined as being chronic or long term when it lasts for longer than 3 to 6 months or beyond the normal healing time of an injury.

Workshop Features: 

  • Led by trained leaders.
  • Meet for 2 ½ hours per week for 6 weeks.
  • Group size is approximately 8-12 participants.  

Caregivers are also encouraged to attend.
