As part of our Tiny Steps Today: Medical Edition series, we introduce the Michigan Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program (MAP), which serves as the state’s Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) and Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP).

Each year, billions of tax payer dollars are lost to medicare/medicaid scams and fraud. You’re invited to learn about the basics of fraud and abuse in medicare/medicaid and what you can do to stop it! Anyone who uses Medicare or Medicaid, or knows someone who does, should register for this informative program.
